Taekwondo is a Korean martial art which has been under constant evolution
for thousands of years. Literally, Taekwondo (TKD) means “the art of kicking and punching”.

TKD emphasizes punching and kicking techniques, consumed with thorough physical
training abilities of speed, flexibility, balance and power. TKD as with all martial arts
involves concentration, self-control and self-discipline.
TKD is the largest practiced marital arts in the world. It is used for self-defense,
competition, fitness and self-discipline. Students can start from as early as pre-school
to as old as any age.
