The Kicks for Chicks Self Defense Program is designed to enable you to be
assertive, promotes confidence and to be empowered. The unique blend of personal
safety and fitness training makes this program an essential component of health
wellness.
The program includes kickboxing workout, exercise, risk reduction, personal
safety and self defense training. Throughout these activities students optimize
energy, learn more about weight management and are more confident and successful
in dealing with everyday challenges. The addition of workshops and seminars
enhance the hands-on training to create the maximum results that can be achieved.
