As part of our effort to include all interested parties in our programs, we have introduced a Health and Wellness Program.

The program will provide hands-on self-defense techniques, interactive discussions and reference material.

It’s a great way to learn self-defense at your convenience and is available to individuals as well as corporate groups as part of their Health and Wellness Program.

The seminar runs for approximately three hours and is scheduled every 4 – 8 weeks. As spaces are limited we urge you to call now to register. Get Active, Stay Fit and Be Prepared !!
